“Products” refers to all skincare products sold under the RayGlow® brand through the Website, including but not limited to RayGlow Skin Brightening Cream, RayGlow Advanced Glutathione Brightening Face Wash, RayGlow Advanced Invisible Matte Sunscreen, and RayGlow Gold.

“Customer,” “You,” “Your,” “User” refers to any individual who accesses the Website, creates an account, places an order, or interacts with the Company through any channel.

“Order” refers to a request placed by the Customer to purchase one or more Products through the Website.

“Terms” refers to these Terms and Conditions.

By accessing, browsing, or using the Website in any manner, or by placing an Order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy (www.rayglow.in/privacy), our Return, Replacement and Cancellation Policy (www.rayglow.in/return-policy), and any additional terms applicable to specific programmes such as the 10-Day Skin Brightening Agreement (www.rayglow.in/10-day-agreement).

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Website and refrain from placing any Orders.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Raybliss Pharma Private Limited. By placing an Order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable Indian law.

The Website and Products are available to individuals who are legally competent to enter into contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

We do not impose a specific minimum age restriction for purchasing Products. However, individuals under the age of 18 are advised to use the Website and purchase Products only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. The parent or legal guardian shall be responsible for any transactions made by a minor.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13, as stated in our Privacy Policy.

The Products are available for purchase and delivery within India only. We do not accept international orders or ship outside India at this time.

The Website may allow you to create a user account or proceed as a guest at checkout. Both options are available.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at contact@raybliss.com if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

The Company is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at its sole discretion if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes.

Bundle offers, including but not limited to the “Buy Two + Free SPF 50 Sunscreen” offer, are available as displayed on the Website. The Company reserves the right to introduce, modify, or discontinue bundle offers at any time without prior notice.

All Products are cosmetic products intended for external use only. They are NOT drugs, medicines, pharmaceutical products, or medical devices. No Product is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Product images displayed on the Website are for illustrative purposes. While we make every effort to display accurate colours and details, actual product appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, photography lighting, and manufacturing variations. Such minor variations shall not constitute a defect or a ground for return.

Product descriptions, ingredient lists, and efficacy claims on the Website are provided in good faith based on the Product’s clinically tested formulation and the published efficacy data of individual active ingredients. Individual results may vary. The Company does not guarantee specific, uniform, or identical results for every Customer.

All Products are manufactured by Spatz Cosmeceuticals and marketed by Raybliss Pharma Private Limited. All Products are NABL lab-tested by FARE LABS (Accreditation No. TC-5503).

By placing an Order on the Website, you make an offer to purchase the selected Products. An Order is not a confirmed sale until it is accepted by the Company.

The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any Order at its sole discretion, for reasons including but not limited to: Product unavailability or stock shortages, suspected fraudulent or duplicate orders, errors in pricing or product description on the Website, inability to verify Customer information, or delivery address being unserviceable by our courier partners.

If an Order is rejected after payment has been received, the Company shall process a full refund to the original payment method within five (5) business days of the rejection.

Order confirmation is communicated via email and/or WhatsApp to the contact details provided at checkout. An order confirmation constitutes the Company’s acceptance of your offer and the formation of a binding contract for the purchase.

Orders CANNOT be cancelled once placed. The Company begins processing and preparing orders immediately upon receipt. This no-cancellation policy applies to all orders regardless of payment method, order value, or product type. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

All prices displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes (including GST) unless stated otherwise.

The Company reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your Order is the price displayed at the time of checkout. Price changes after your Order is placed shall not affect your Order.

Payment options available on the Website:

Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to their specific terms and conditions, including validity period, single-use restrictions, and minimum order requirements. The Company reserves the right to revoke or modify any discount code at any time.

The Company does not store, process, or have access to your credit card numbers, debit card numbers, CVV codes, UPI IDs, or bank account details. All payment processing is handled entirely by Razorpay Software Private Limited, a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway.

For certain orders, the Company may require a partial advance payment (e.g., ₹99 or ₹299) at the time of placing a Cash on Delivery order. The remaining balance is payable at the time of delivery. This partial advance is non-refundable if the Customer refuses delivery without a valid reason (e.g., damaged outer packaging). The partial advance amount, if applicable, shall be clearly displayed at checkout before the Customer completes the Order.

The Company ships all Products within India through its logistics partners: Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post. The Company does not offer international shipping at this time.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed. The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by courier partner inefficiencies, natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, weather conditions, or other events beyond the Company’s reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title to the Products passes to the Customer upon delivery by the courier partner. The delivery timestamp recorded by the courier shall be the definitive proof of delivery.

If a shipment is returned to the Company due to the Customer providing an incorrect or incomplete address, the Customer being unavailable for delivery after multiple attempts, or the Customer refusing to accept the delivery without a valid reason, the Company reserves the right to deduct actual shipping costs (both forward and return) from any future refund or credit, and to restrict or block future COD orders from the same Customer, address, or phone number.

If a prepaid order is returned to the Company for any reason attributable to the Customer (incorrect address, delivery refusal, unavailability), the Company shall refund the product value minus the actual forward and return shipping costs incurred. If a partially paid COD order is returned, the partial advance amount shall be retained by the Company to cover shipping costs and shall not be refunded.

All RayGlow® Products are cosmetic products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. The Company does not make any medical claims about any Product.

The Company explicitly states that individual results may vary. The nature, extent, speed, and permanence of results from any Product depend on individual factors including but not limited to skin type, skin condition, age, lifestyle, diet, environmental exposure, and consistency of use. Product claims on the Website are based on the clinically tested formulation and the published efficacy of individual active ingredients, not a guarantee of specific outcomes for every individual.

The Company recommends that all Customers, particularly those with sensitive or allergy-prone skin, perform a patch test before full-face application of any Product. Apply a small amount behind the ear or on the inner wrist, leave for 24 hours, and proceed only if no adverse reaction occurs. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a dermatologist.

The Products and any information provided on the Website are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a skin condition requiring medical attention, consult a qualified dermatologist before using any Product.

All Products are for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and mouth. If contact occurs, rinse immediately with clean water. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

Products purchased from www.rayglow.in are for personal use only. Commercial reselling, redistribution, or wholesale of RayGlow® Products purchased through the Website is strictly prohibited without prior written authorisation from the Company. The Company reserves the right to cancel orders and block accounts suspected of purchasing for resale purposes.

Returns and replacements for damaged or wrong product deliveries are governed by the Return, Replacement and Cancellation Policy, available at www.rayglow.in/return-policy. Key terms include: replacement only (no refund), 24-hour reporting deadline, mandatory unboxing video proof, and customer-paid return shipping.

The 10-Day Skin Brightening Agreement is a separate programme applicable ONLY to the RayGlow Skin Brightening Cream, under which eligible first-time Customers may claim a full monetary refund if they do not observe visible skin brightening after 10 consecutive days of use. The 10-Day Agreement has its own detailed Terms and Conditions, available at www.rayglow.in/10-day-agreement.

The Return Policy and the 10-Day Agreement are completely separate programmes with different terms, conditions, eligibility criteria, and outcomes. Please refer to the respective policy documents for full details.

All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product photographs, product descriptions, videos, icons, page layout, software, and code, is the property of Raybliss Pharma Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws, including the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999.

The Company is not responsible for User Content posted by other Customers. Reviews and testimonials represent individual experiences and do not constitute guarantees of results for any other Customer. Individual results may vary.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, the Company’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website, or any Product shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific Product giving rise to the claim.

In no event shall the Company, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of data, emotional distress, or cost of substitute products, whether arising from contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Company shall not be liable for any adverse skin reactions, allergies, or irritation experienced by the Customer, provided that the Product’s formulation, ingredients, and certifications are as stated on the packaging and Website. The Company strongly recommends performing a patch test before use (see Clause 9.3).

The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, wars, government orders, strikes, courier failures, internet outages, or supplier shortages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the Company’s liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by the Company’s negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Raybliss Pharma Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Website, your violation of any applicable law, your violation of the rights of any third party, or any fraudulent or illegal activity conducted through your account.

The Company endeavours to keep the Website available at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access. The Website may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, updates, technical failures, or circumstances beyond the Company’s control.

The Website is hosted on the Shopify platform and relies on third-party services including Razorpay for payments, Delhivery/DTDC/India Post for logistics, and Wati for WhatsApp communications. The Company is not responsible for the availability, performance, or security of these third-party services, which are governed by their own terms and policies.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., social media platforms, payment gateway pages). The Company is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or security of any third-party website. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we shall update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document and, where appropriate, notify Customers via email or a Website notice.

Your continued use of the Website after the posting of modified Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you must discontinue use of the Website.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including but not limited to the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Sale of Goods Act, 1930.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Website shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual discussion and negotiation between the parties within thirty (30) days.

If unresolved through negotiation, the dispute shall be referred to a sole arbitrator appointed mutually by the parties. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended). The seat of arbitration shall be Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Subject to the arbitration clause above, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings arising from these Terms.

Nothing in this clause restricts your right to approach consumer forums or consumer dispute redressal commissions under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Return Policy, 10-Day Agreement Terms, Shipping Policy, and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the Website and purchase of Products.

No Waiver: The Company’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision in the future.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms. The Company may assign its rights and obligations to any affiliate, successor, or assignee without your consent.

Language: These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
