Important Notice
This document contains legally binding terms and conditions. By sending the registration message as described in Clause 3.4, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms herein. Individual results may vary. The Product is a cosmetic product and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Please read this document in its entirety before participating in the Programme.
1 Definitions and Interpretation
“Company,” “We,” “Us,” “Our” refers to Raybliss Pharma Private Limited (CIN: U46497KA2023PTC174431, GSTIN: 29AAMCR7331N1ZM), the owner and marketer of the RayGlow® brand.
“Product” refers to RayGlow® Skin Brightening Cream, manufactured by Spatz Cosmeceuticals and marketed by Raybliss Pharma Private Limited.
“Customer,” “You,” “Your,” “Participant” refers to the individual who has purchased the Product from an Authorised Channel and has registered for the 10-Day Agreement Programme.
“10-Day Agreement” or “Programme” refers to the RayGlow 10-Day Skin Brightening Agreement as described in these Terms and Conditions, under which eligible Customers may claim a full refund subject to strict compliance with all conditions stated herein.
“Agreement Period” refers to 10 consecutive calendar days beginning from the Registration Date (as defined in Clause 3.4).
“Visible Skin Brightening” refers to a perceptible improvement in overall skin brightness, reduction in the appearance of dullness, and/or early-stage fading of dark spots as determined through photographic evidence submitted during the Agreement Period. This does NOT constitute a claim of complete dark spot removal, permanent skin transformation, or medical-grade treatment outcomes within the 10-day period. Individual results may vary based on skin type, skin condition, lifestyle, and other factors as detailed in Clause 8.5.
“Authorised Channel” refers to purchases made exclusively through www.rayglow.in, or any other sales channel officially authorised by the Company in writing.
“Daily Submission” refers to the set of two (2) photographs (one night selfie and one morning selfie) along with the daily unique verification code, submitted in accordance with Clause 5.
“SPF Product” refers to any broad-spectrum sunscreen with a minimum SPF 50 rating, to be used as part of the mandatory morning skincare protocol during the Agreement Period.
“Clinically Tested” as used in Company marketing materials and on the Product packaging, refers to: (a) the Product having been tested by FARE LABS, an independent NABL-accredited laboratory (Accreditation No. TC-5503), for composition, safety parameters, pH levels, and ingredient concentrations; and (b) the individual active ingredients contained in the Product having been the subject of independent clinical studies and/or peer-reviewed scientific research conducted by third-party ingredient manufacturers, research institutions, and/or published in peer-reviewed scientific journals. The Company maintains records of all such testing and research references, which are available for inspection upon request.
2 Programme Overview and Basis of Guarantee
The 10-Day Agreement is a conditional money-back guarantee offered by the Company to eligible first-time Customers who purchase the Product through an Authorised Channel, register for the Programme within the prescribed timeline, and comply fully and without exception with all terms, conditions, and protocols set out in this document.
The Programme is designed to allow Customers to evaluate the Product over a structured 10-day period with documented photographic evidence. If, upon full compliance with all terms, the Customer does not observe visible skin brightening as defined in Clause 1.6, the Customer may submit a refund request in accordance with Clause 7.
The Programme is NOT an unconditional refund policy. Refunds are issued solely at the Company’s discretion upon verification of full compliance. Partial compliance, missed submissions, or deviation from any protocol shall render the Customer ineligible for a refund.
This Programme is offered in addition to, and does not replace or modify, any statutory consumer rights available to the Customer under applicable Indian law, including but not limited to the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Basis of the Guarantee
The 10-Day Agreement and the associated money-back guarantee are based on the clinically tested formulation of the Product, the known efficacy profiles of the individual active ingredients at their published concentrations as supported by independent peer-reviewed scientific literature and ingredient-level clinical data, and the third-party laboratory testing of the finished Product by FARE LABS (NABL Accreditation No. TC-5503).
The Company’s confidence in offering the 10-Day Agreement is derived from:
The Product’s clinically tested formulation architecture — multiple active ingredients at published, efficacious concentrations targeting skin brightening through multiple biological pathways simultaneously;
Independent, third-party ingredient-level research and clinical data published by the respective ingredient manufacturers (including but not limited to BASF Care Creations for Radianskin® and the manufacturer of Superox-C Af®) and in peer-reviewed scientific journals;
Third-party laboratory testing of the finished Product by FARE LABS (NABL Accreditation No. TC-5503), confirming ingredient concentrations, pH levels (pH 6.60), and safety parameters;
Post-market customer feedback and photographic evidence collected through the Programme; and
The Product’s compliance with 7 independent certifications: FDA Approved, GMP Certified, ISO Certified, NABL Lab-Tested, Cruelty-Free, Hypoallergenic, and Non-Comedogenic.
Individual Results Disclaimer
INDIVIDUAL RESULTS MAY VARY. The Company does not guarantee identical results for all Customers. Factors including but not limited to individual skin type, skin condition, severity of existing pigmentation, age, hormonal factors, dietary habits, hydration levels, sleep patterns, stress levels, sun exposure, environmental pollution, and adherence to the prescribed application protocol may influence the nature, extent, and speed of visible results. The 10-Day Agreement accounts for this variability by providing a full refund mechanism for Customers who do not observe visible improvement despite full compliance with the Programme protocol.
3 Eligibility Criteria
The Programme is open only to individuals who meet ALL of the following conditions:
The Customer is a resident of India aged 18 years or above.
The purchase is the Customer’s first-ever purchase of any RayGlow® product. Repeat buyers, returning customers, and customers who have previously purchased any RayGlow® product through any channel are NOT eligible.
The Product was purchased through an Authorised Channel at the full applicable price (discounted purchases using the GLOWNOW code or any other promotional code ARE eligible, provided the purchase was made through an Authorised Channel).
The Customer does not have a known history of severe allergic reactions to any of the Product’s listed ingredients. A patch test is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED for all participants (see Clause 9).
The Customer is not concurrently using any other brightening, lightening, exfoliating, retinoid-based, or active-ingredient-based skincare product on the same area of application during the Agreement Period. Use of basic face wash, moisturiser (without active brightening ingredients), and SPF 50 sunscreen is permitted and, in the case of SPF, mandatory.
The Company reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage of the Programme or refund process. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information shall result in immediate disqualification.
Only ONE registration per Customer, per household, and per shipping address is permitted. Multiple registrations using different contact details but the same delivery address shall be treated as a single registration, and only the first registration shall be honoured.
Registration Deadline: The Customer must send the exact message “RayGlow 10 Days Agreement Accepted” to the Company’s official WhatsApp number (+91 8888668860) within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery of the Product. The delivery timestamp as recorded by the courier/logistics partner shall be the definitive reference point. The date on which the Company acknowledges receipt of this message shall be the “Registration Date.”
Failure to register within the 24-hour window shall permanently disqualify the Customer from the Programme. No exceptions shall be made.
4 Product Application Protocol
During the entire Agreement Period of 10 consecutive days, the Customer must follow the application protocol below without deviation:
Night Routine (to be completed before 11:00 PM IST daily):
Cleanse face thoroughly with a gentle face wash.
Pat dry with a clean towel.
Apply an adequate amount of RayGlow® Skin Brightening Cream evenly across the entire face and neck area.
Do NOT apply any other skincare product (serum, toner, essence, night cream, spot treatment, or active-ingredient product) before, after, or in combination with the Product. Exception: basic, non-active moisturiser may be applied if needed for dryness, provided it does not contain brightening, exfoliating, or active ingredients.
Leave the Product on overnight. Do NOT wash off before morning.
Morning Routine (to be completed before 11:00 AM IST daily):
Wash face with a gentle face wash.
Apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen with minimum SPF 50 rating. This is MANDATORY. Failure to apply SPF 50 on any day of the Agreement Period shall constitute a protocol violation.
Do NOT apply any other active skincare products during the day.
The Customer must use ONLY the RayGlow® Skin Brightening Cream as their active skincare product for the entire Agreement Period. Concurrent use of any other brightening cream, serum, face mask, chemical peel, dermatological treatment, laser treatment, facial, or professional skin treatment during the Agreement Period shall result in immediate disqualification.
The Customer acknowledges that the Product is a cosmetic product and NOT a drug, pharmaceutical, or medical device. The Product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results may vary based on skin type, skin condition, environmental factors, lifestyle, diet, hydration levels, sleep patterns, and other factors beyond the Company’s control.
5 Daily Photographic Documentation Requirements
The Customer must submit photographic documentation EVERY DAY for all 10 days of the Agreement Period, without exception. Each day requires TWO (2) photographs:
Night Selfie (before 11:00 PM IST):
Taken AFTER applying the Product.
Must clearly show the Customer’s full face in adequate, consistent lighting.
Must include the daily unique verification code (see Clause 5.3) visibly written on a piece of paper or displayed on a separate device and held next to the face.
Morning Selfie (before 11:00 AM IST the following day):
Taken AFTER washing face and applying SPF 50 sunscreen.
Must clearly show the Customer’s full face in adequate, consistent lighting.
Must include the daily unique verification code for that day.
Photography Standards:
All photographs must comply with the following:
Taken using the front-facing camera of a smartphone. No professional cameras, ring lights (unless used consistently across all 10 days), or studio setups.
NO filters, beauty modes, portrait modes, skin-smoothing features, colour-correction, or any form of editing, retouching, or enhancement. Photographs must be in the phone’s default camera mode.
Consistent lighting conditions across all 10 days to the extent reasonably possible. Indoor lighting in the same room/bathroom is recommended.
The Customer’s face must be clearly visible, unobstructed by hair, hands, accessories, or other objects (except the verification code being held).
Photographs must be of sufficient resolution and clarity for the Company to assess skin condition.
Daily Unique Verification Code: Each day, the Customer must request a unique verification code from the Company’s WhatsApp number between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM IST. This code must be visibly included in BOTH the night and morning selfies for that day. Photographs submitted without the correct daily code, with a code from a different day, or with an illegible code shall NOT be accepted.
Submission Timeline: All photographs must be submitted via WhatsApp to +91 8888668860. Night selfies must be submitted before 11:00 PM IST. Morning selfies must be submitted before 11:00 AM IST. Late submissions shall not be accepted regardless of reason.
Missed Days: Missing even ONE day of photographic submission during the 10-day Agreement Period shall result in immediate and permanent disqualification from the Programme. The Company shall not accept backdated photographs, bulk submissions, or any excuse for missed submissions, including but not limited to illness, travel, technical issues, or personal emergencies.
The Company reserves the right to reject any photograph that does not meet the standards outlined in this Clause 5, is of insufficient quality for assessment, appears to have been edited or filtered, does not contain the correct verification code, or was submitted outside the prescribed timeline.
6 Prohibited Actions During the Agreement Period
During the Agreement Period, the Customer must NOT:
Use any other brightening, lightening, whitening, or active-ingredient skincare product (including but not limited to serums, toners, essences, face masks, exfoliants, retinoids, AHAs, BHAs, Vitamin C serums from other brands, or any product containing Niacinamide, Arbutin, Kojic Acid, Hydroquinone, or Glutathione from other brands).
Undergo any professional skin treatment, including but not limited to facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser treatment, dermaplaning, microneedling, or any clinic-based or salon-based skin procedure.
Use any steroid-based cream or hydroquinone-based product.
Modify, dilute, or mix the Product with any other substance or product before application.
Apply the Product to areas other than the face and neck, and then claim results or lack thereof based on other body areas.
Share, transfer, or allow any other person to use the same jar of Product being used for the Programme.
Share or transfer their Programme registration, verification codes, or submission account to any other person.
Violation of any prohibition listed in Clause 6.1 shall result in immediate disqualification from the Programme, and the Customer shall forfeit all refund rights under this Agreement.
7 Refund Request Process
A refund request may ONLY be submitted if ALL of the following conditions are met:
The Customer has fully completed the 10-day Agreement Period with zero missed days.
ALL 20 photographs (10 night selfies + 10 morning selfies) have been submitted within the prescribed timelines with correct daily verification codes.
ALL photographs meet the quality and format standards specified in Clause 5.
The Customer has not violated any of the prohibitions in Clause 6.
The Customer has used SPF 50 sunscreen every morning as documented in their morning selfies.
The Customer has not observed visible skin brightening as defined in Clause 1.6.
Refund Request Window: The Customer must submit a written refund request via WhatsApp to +91 8888668860 within three (3) calendar days of the completion of the Agreement Period (i.e., within 3 days after Day 10). Refund requests submitted after this 3-day window shall NOT be entertained under any circumstances.
The refund request must include: (a) The Customer’s full name as on the order; (b) Order number/ID; (c) A brief written statement describing why the Customer believes they did not observe visible skin brightening; and (d) Confirmation that the Customer complied with all terms and conditions herein.
Review Process:
Upon receipt of a valid refund request, the Company shall: (a) Review all 20 submitted photographs for compliance with Clause 5; (b) Compare Day 1 photographs with Day 10 photographs to assess whether visible skin brightening has occurred; (c) Verify that all daily verification codes were correctly included and submitted on time; (d) Verify that no prohibited actions (Clause 6) were undertaken; and (e) Complete the review within seven (7) business days of receiving the refund request.
Refund Decision: The Company’s assessment of whether “visible skin brightening” has occurred shall be made in good faith based on the photographic evidence provided. The Company shall apply a reasonable standard, acknowledging that individual results may vary and that subtle improvements may constitute “visible brightening.”
If the refund is APPROVED:
The refund amount shall be the total amount paid by the Customer for the Product (inclusive of any discounts applied), EXCLUDING shipping and handling charges.
The refund shall be processed within three (3) business days of approval.
The refund shall be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund shall be processed via bank transfer to the Customer’s designated bank account.
The Customer is NOT required to return the jar or any unused Product.
If the refund is DENIED:
The Company shall provide written reasons for the denial via WhatsApp.
The Customer may escalate the decision by writing to contact@raybliss.com within seven (7) days of receiving the denial. The escalation shall be reviewed by a senior representative of the Company, and a final decision shall be communicated within fourteen (14) business days.
The escalation decision shall be final and binding, subject to the Customer’s statutory rights under applicable Indian law.
8 Limitation of Liability, Nature of Guarantee, and Individual Results
The Product is a cosmetic product intended for external use only. It is NOT a drug, medicine, pharmaceutical product, or medical device. The Product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
The Company does NOT make any claim, express or implied, that the Product: (a) Cures, treats, prevents, or diagnoses any medical condition or disease; (b) Produces permanent skin transformation or permanent removal of dark spots within the 10-day Agreement Period; (c) Provides results identical to clinical dermatological treatments, laser procedures, or prescription medications; or (d) Guarantees specific, uniform, or identical results for every individual.
Nature of the Guarantee
The 10-Day Agreement is a commercial confidence guarantee — a voluntary offer by the Company based on the clinically tested formulation of the Product and the known efficacy of its active ingredients at their published concentrations. It is NOT and shall NOT be interpreted as: (a) A clinical claim or medical guarantee; (b) A promise of specific, uniform, or guaranteed outcomes for any individual; or (c) A representation equivalent to a warranty of fitness for a particular purpose beyond statutory rights.
The Company’s use of the phrase “Visible skin brightening in 10 days or 100% refund” is a commercial guarantee backed by a refund mechanism. The refund mechanism itself IS the guarantee — the Company’s commitment is that if the Customer does not observe visible results despite full compliance, the Customer’s money shall be returned in full. This commercial guarantee is based on the strength of the Product’s clinically tested formulation and the published efficacy data of its individual active ingredients, as detailed in Clause 10.
Individual Results May Vary
INDIVIDUAL RESULTS MAY VARY. The Company explicitly acknowledges and the Customer explicitly accepts that no two individuals will experience identical outcomes from the Product. The nature, extent, speed, and permanence of results are influenced by numerous factors beyond the Company’s control, including but not limited to:
Individual skin type (oily, dry, combination, sensitive);
Severity and duration of existing pigmentation or dullness;
Age, hormonal factors, and genetic predisposition;
Dietary habits, hydration levels, and sleep patterns;
Sun exposure and use of sun protection;
Environmental factors including pollution, humidity, and climate;
Consistency and correctness of Product application; and
Concurrent use of other products (in violation of the Programme protocol) or medical treatments.
The 10-Day Agreement and its associated refund mechanism exist specifically to address the variability of individual results. The refund provides a risk-free evaluation period, ensuring that Customers who do not experience visible improvement despite full compliance are not financially disadvantaged.
The Company’s maximum liability under this Programme shall be limited to the refund of the purchase price of the Product as described in Clause 7. In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
The Company shall not be liable for any adverse skin reactions, allergies, or irritation experienced by the Customer, provided that the Product’s formulation, ingredients, and certifications are as stated on the packaging and at www.rayglow.in. Customers are strongly advised to perform a patch test (see Clause 9).
The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, courier/logistics failures, or communication network failures.
9 Patch Test Advisory and Safety Information
The Company STRONGLY RECOMMENDS that all Customers, particularly those with sensitive skin, a history of allergic reactions, or known sensitivities to any cosmetic ingredients, perform a patch test before commencing the Programme.
Recommended Patch Test Protocol:
Apply a small amount of the Product behind the ear or on the inner forearm.
Leave on for 24 hours.
If no redness, irritation, burning, itching, or swelling occurs, proceed with facial application.
If any adverse reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a dermatologist.
The Product contains the following key active ingredients: Niacinamide (5%), Glutathione (3%), Arbutin (2%), Kojic Dipalmitate (2%), Vitamin C (2%), Copper Peptide (2%), Radianskin® (2%), Superox-C Af® (1.5%), Zinc Oxide (5%), Brazilian Green Clay (2%), and Alpha Lipoic Acid (0.5%). The Product contains ZERO steroids and ZERO hydroquinone. The Product is certified Hypoallergenic and Non-Comedogenic. The Product pH is 6.60, verified by FARE LABS (NABL Accreditation No. TC-5503).
If the Customer experiences any adverse reaction during the Agreement Period, the Customer should immediately discontinue use and contact a healthcare professional. The Customer should also inform the Company via WhatsApp. An adverse reaction does NOT automatically qualify the Customer for a refund under Clause 7 but may be addressed separately under the Company’s standard return/exchange policy or applicable consumer protection laws.
10 Scientific Basis and Ingredient-Level Evidence
The Product’s formulation is designed around a multi-pathway approach to skin brightening, utilising active ingredients whose individual efficacy has been established through independent scientific research and/or clinical testing:
Niacinamide (5%): Published studies demonstrate efficacy in improving skin tone, reducing melanin transfer, and strengthening the skin barrier at concentrations of 2-5%. (References include: Bissett et al., 2005; Hakozaki et al., 2002; published in Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology and peer-reviewed journals.)
Glutathione (3%): Published studies indicate antioxidant properties that reduce oxidative stress contributing to skin dullness. The Product contains 3%, providing robust antioxidant coverage.
Arbutin (2%): Established tyrosinase inhibitor with published efficacy in reducing melanin production at concentrations of 1-2%.
Radianskin® (2%): BASF Care Creations’ published ingredient data demonstrates melanin-release inhibition and visible dark spot reduction, with efficacy comparable to hydroquinone without associated side effects.
Superox-C Af® (1.5%): Patented Kakadu Plum extract with standardised antioxidant potency. Manufacturer data supports antioxidant and brightening contributions.
Copper Peptide (2%): Published literature supports skin repair and collagen synthesis support properties.
Kojic Dipalmitate (2%): Stabilised derivative of Kojic Acid with established melanogenesis inhibition properties.
Vitamin C (2%): Established brightening and antioxidant properties, enhanced in this formulation by Superox-C Af® and Alpha Lipoic Acid (0.5%), which regenerates oxidised Vitamin C, Vitamin E, and Glutathione simultaneously.
The finished Product has been tested by FARE LABS (NABL Accreditation No. TC-5503) — an independent, government-accredited third-party laboratory — confirming ingredient concentrations, pH level (6.60), safety parameters, and formulation stability.
The Company is committed to full ingredient transparency and publishes all active ingredient names and their exact concentrations on the Product packaging and at www.rayglow.in/ingredients. Customers are encouraged to independently verify ingredient efficacy through published scientific literature.
The Company maintains ongoing post-market monitoring through the Programme’s photographic documentation system. Aggregated, anonymised data from completed Programme participation may be used to further substantiate the Product’s efficacy and support future claims.
11 Intellectual Property and Content Rights
By participating in the Programme and submitting photographs, the Customer grants the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, modify, and display the submitted photographs for the purposes of quality assessment, internal review, Programme administration, and post-market efficacy monitoring.
The Company shall NOT use the Customer’s photographs for marketing, advertising, social media, or any public-facing purpose without obtaining separate, explicit, written consent from the Customer.
Customers who voluntarily share their Programme experience publicly using the hashtag #RayGlow10DayAgreement may receive a promotional discount of ₹200 on their next purchase, subject to verification and applicable terms.
RayGlow®, the RG logo, “Be Bright, Feel Right,” and all associated trademarks are the exclusive property of Raybliss Pharma Private Limited. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.
12 Data Privacy and Personal Information
The Company collects and processes personal information (name, phone number, photographs, order details, payment information, and shipping address) in connection with the Programme. All personal data shall be handled in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy (available at www.rayglow.in/privacy) and applicable Indian data protection laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, as may be applicable.
Photographs submitted as part of the Programme are stored securely and used solely for the purposes stated in Clause 11.1. The Company shall not sell, share, or distribute Customer photographs to third parties without explicit consent.
The Customer may request deletion of their photographs and personal data by writing to contact@raybliss.com, subject to the Company’s legal and regulatory obligations regarding record retention.
13 Programme Modifications and Termination
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Programme at any time, with or without notice. Any such changes shall NOT affect Customers who have already registered for and are in the process of completing an active Agreement Period.
The version of these Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of the Customer’s registration shall govern that Customer’s participation.
The Company reserves the right to disqualify any Customer if there are reasonable grounds to believe the Customer is acting in bad faith or attempting to defraud the Programme.
14 Product Certifications
The Product holds the following certifications, which may be verified independently:
FDA Approved — manufactured in compliance with applicable food and drug regulatory standards.
GMP Certified — manufactured under Good Manufacturing Practices.
ISO Certified — quality management system certified.
NABL Lab-Tested — tested by FARE LABS (NABL Accreditation No. TC-5503).
Cruelty-Free — not tested on animals.
Hypoallergenic — formulated to minimise the risk of allergic reactions.
Non-Comedogenic — formulated to not clog pores.
Certification documents and the FARE LABS test report summary are available for inspection upon written request to contact@raybliss.com.
15 Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Programme shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual discussion and negotiation within thirty (30) days.
If unresolved, the dispute shall be referred to a sole arbitrator appointed mutually by the parties. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended). The seat of arbitration shall be Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The language of arbitration shall be English.
Subject to the arbitration clause above, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Nothing in this Clause shall restrict the Customer’s right to approach consumer forums or consumer dispute redressal commissions under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
16 General Provisions
Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions, together with the Company’s general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy available at www.rayglow.in, constitute the entire agreement between the Customer and the Company regarding the Programme.
Severability: If any provision is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce it in the future.
Assignment: The Customer may not assign or transfer their rights. The Company may assign its rights to any affiliate, successor, or assignee.
Language: In the event of conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
Individual Results: The Customer acknowledges and accepts that individual results may vary and that the Company makes no representation that every Customer will achieve identical results. The 10-Day Agreement and its refund mechanism exist specifically to address this variability.

By sending the message “RayGlow 10 Days Agreement Accepted” to the Company’s official WhatsApp number (+91 8888668860), the Customer acknowledges and confirms that:
They have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety;
They understand that individual results may vary and that the Company does not guarantee specific, uniform, or identical results for every individual;
They understand that the Product is a cosmetic product and not a drug, medicine, or medical device, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease;
They understand that the 10-Day Agreement is a commercial confidence guarantee backed by a refund mechanism, based on the clinically tested formulation and the known efficacy of the Product’s active ingredients at their published concentrations;
They meet all eligibility criteria specified in Clause 3;
They commit to full compliance with the application protocol (Clause 4), photographic documentation requirements (Clause 5), and prohibited actions (Clause 6) for the entire Agreement Period; and
They acknowledge that the guarantee is based on the formulation’s clinically tested ingredients and their published efficacy data, and that the refund mechanism is the Company’s commitment to Customers who do not observe visible results despite full compliance.
